Bill Rasco

Pulpit Minister

Bill’s love for Jesus, heart for people, and passion for Bible study have been the foundation for more than 30 years of ministry. Bill began serving as the pulpit minister at Spring Creek in March 2009. Before then, Bill has served as a Preacher, Youth Minister, Family Involvement Minister, and Director of Education.

Bill, his wife Robin, and their two children love being a part of the Spring Creek family! Tomball and the surrounding areas are a great place to connect with people and shine for Jesus.

Bill is dedicated to spiritual development and helping people look like Jesus as they seek God in worship, share life in community with God’s people, study the Bible, and serve others with their God-given talents. He also writes Bible class material for adults through 21st Century Christian Publishers, is heavily involved in two youth camps, and serves on the Board of Directors for North Texas Leadership Training for Christ (NTLTC). Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Bible and a master’s degree in Christian Ministry.

Travis Brown

Youth Minister

Travis has a bachelor’s degree in Bible and a master’s degree in Christian Ministry, but both are nothing compared to the 30+ years he has had getting to know Jesus. He is an avid reader and has a heart for serving the local congregation to train and equip the body of Christ to love God and love others well.

Travis, along with his wife Sarah and their two boys, moved to Tomball, Texas in 2017 after having served as a full-time Youth Minister with a congregation in southwest Ohio since 2000. They share a home with their family, two cats, and bearded dragon.

Travis has described himself as a “lifer” in youth ministry. He loves teens and their families and is about to join their ranks as his boys grow up and join the youth group.

Travis actively engages with local ministry opportunities including Lydia’s Pantry (at Spring Creek), Impact Church of Christ Homeless Ministry, and Cougars for Christ (at Tomball Intermediate).
